HOW TO REGROW LOST HAIR FIRST

HOW TO REGROW LOST HAIR FIRST

Those affected by hair loss will understand how distressing it is to see their hairline receding or bald patches appearing. It can take a huge toll on a person’s self-esteem, making them feel awkward and very self-conscious. Well, there are natural ways that can help. You no longer have to try to hide your bald spot.
It is even more difficult to deal with and embarrassing when you first start noticing your hair is falling out or thinning… or if you feel you’re too young to be losing your hair already.

Receding hairline or full frontal baldness is a condition that is common not just to men, but women too! And the reason behind it can be anything varying from Genetics, improper hair care or a medical condition called alopecia.
The condition is never sudden, and it usually takes time before showing visible baldness. As soon as you detect the signs of receding hairline, the first thing you need to do is to include more lean food, proteins, and iron.

Causes of hair loss

Genetics
Your genes could be the main reason why you’re going bald or experiencing hair thinning.
If you have a gene that makes you susceptible to one of the forms of alopecia then there’s a chance you might experience excessive or abnormal hair shedding.

Unhealthy Diet
Hair loss can begin to happen prematurely if you aren’t giving your body the nutrition it needs.
In order for hair to grow and be healthy you must eat a daily diet that includes vitamins, minerals, and protein.

Age
As you get older the less hair follicles you will have. By your 50th birthday 40% of your hair density can be lost.
By the time they are 60 most men are bald. As your body ages your hair will get thinner, which will decrease the volume of your hair.

Smoking
When you smoke tobacco it can cause hair loss in a couple of ways. For one, it will reduce the amount of blood circulation towards the scalp.
When circulation is reduced your scalp doesn’t receive the nutrients it needs to keep your hair healthy. Another way smoking can cause hair loss is by having a negative effect on the liver.

Stress
The more stressed you are the more dihydrotestosterone you will produce. Too much DHT will make your hair become unhealthy and begin falling out.
Some of the factors that can cause hair loss in women include:

Hormones
The hair growth cycle of a woman can become unhealthy when certain hormonal changes such as menopause occur. Excess estrogen is another hormonal imbalance that can cause female hair loss.
Another common cause of hair thinning in some women is low thyroid. Low thyroid is a hormonal imbalance that will cause your hair cycle to go crazy. Taking birth control pills can knock your hormones out of balance.

Pregnancy
It is normal for a woman to experience some hair loss while she is pregnant. During the course of the pregnancy a woman will experience an increased amount of hairs go into the resting phase.
However, it is normal for the hair cycle of a woman to behave like this during pregnancy. Once the pregnancy is over the hair cycle will return to it’s normal cycle.
Most of the time pregnancy is only associated with hair loss after the pregnancy is over. Women that do experience hair loss before delivery are suffering from some kind of mineral or vitamin deficiency.

It isn’t uncommon for the pregnant woman to have as much as 70% of her hair in the growth phase enter the telogen phase.

This will normally last for about 4 months after the pregnancy is over.
The hair cycle will return to normal once the hormones start going back to normal levels.

Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome
Millions of women suffer from polycystic ovarian syndrome. One of the symptoms of this condition is hair loss on the scalp.
However, women with PCOS will experience hair growth on other areas of the body such as the facial.

Here are some of the remedies I have compiled for you

Spinach Juice

Spinach has a high amount of omega-3 fatty acids, which is an essential acid your hair needs to hold onto the roots tightly.
Extract spinach juice. Using a cotton ball, apply it on to your wet hair. Massage your scalp for 10 minutes. Let the mask stay for 30 minutes. Rinse and pat dry. Use this natural ingredient for hair growth once a week.

Onion

Rich in sulfur, onion is said to regenerate new hair follicles.
Peel, dice and mince onion to extract its juice. Massage the onion juice on the receding hairline and scalp.
Leave it on for an hour. Rinse it clean with a mild shampoo.

Vitamins

Sometimes it is deficiency in some vitamins that may be causing the bald spot to appear. All you need is a boost in vitamins to start regrowing hair. Vitamins have been known to trigger hair growth and can do the trick. Increasing your vitamin B intake such as B7 and B3, Vitamin C and A may help promote the growth of hair.
Not only are vitamins great for regrowing hair but they may well be the answer to how to grow hair faster as well.
Vitamin B
Increasing B7 and B3 intakes helps to improve blood circulation, increasing the number of nutrients and oxygen going to the follicles. They also strengthen the hair and help protect the hair from breaking and dryness.
Vitamin A
It helps to keep the scalp oily promoting hair growth and keeps the hair from drying out and breaking.
Vitamin D and E
Even though vitamin D has always been linked to bones. It is believed that having a rich vitamin D intake helps to keep hair roots healthy and strong. While vitamin E  has antioxidant properties to stimulate hair

Curry Leaves

They contain a lot of amino acids. Curry leaves reduce hair loss, stimulate growth and make hair strands appear darker.
Put a handful of curry leaves out in the sun to dry.
Grind it into a fine powder.

Using castor oil, whip it into a smooth paste.
Apply the mask liberally onto your scalp.
Let the hair growth mask stay for an hour, then rinse it off with a mild clarifying shampoo.

Zinc

Zinc helps build healthy cells in the hair follicles and also helps to regulate hormones, both of which can impact hair growth.

Once hormones are regulated, the properties and natural compounds in zinc work to strengthen the protein structure in hair follicles.

Not only is Zinc crucial for healthy hair growth, individuals who lack a sufficient amount of zinc will find it difficult to manage hair and even notice hair thinning over time.

Furthermore, studies have also shown that many Alopecia areata patients have zinc deficiencies, which are easily treatable with oral zinc dietary supplements.
Zinc can be obtained in many animal foods, such as the following:
  • Meat
  • Poultry
  • Cheese
  • Seafood
  • Whole grains
  • Legumes
  • Sunflower seeds
  • Pumpkin

Cumin Seeds

Cumin seed has over 100 nutrients that your hair requires, and it is known to show drastic improvement in hair loss too. Soak a teaspoon of cumin seeds in a cup of olive oil overnight. In the morning, massage your scalp with the oil. Let it sit for 2 hours. Shampoo and condition as usual.
And one supplement that I recommend for hair loss is Biotin.

Camphor

It stimulates the blood flow in the scalp, restores the pH balance, which in turn makes the hair grow faster.
Take a teaspoon of camphor, mix it with 2 tablespoons of yogurt, and add in a few drops of essential oils of your choice.

Apply the mask on your hair length and scalp.
Let it stay for an hour, then rinse it off.

Olive Oil

Packed with antioxidants and vitamin E, olive oil is known to promote hair growth.

Take a tablespoon of olive oil, add a teaspoon of cinnamon powder and a tablespoon of honey. Warm it in low flame. When tepid warm, massage it onto the balding spot. Let it sit for 20 to 30 minutes.
Rinse the Ayurvedic remedy for receding hairline with a mild shampoo.

Aloe Vera

Aloe vera has many incredible abilities. It can help in weight loss, is great for the skin and also works for hair.

This natural gel is great in helping to fight hair loss. Applying a quarter copy of aloe vera on your scalp weekly will help reduce dandruff and hair loss. Apply aloe vera on the affected areas for fifteen minutes at a time and then rinse it with warm water.

Lemon Juice

Lemon juice is another of nature’s great regents. It can help keep the hair on your head healthy and also keep the scalp moisturized to help fight dryness and dandruff.

Take two lemons and mix their juice in one cup of water. Apply the mixture on the balding spot for a couple of minutes before washing it off. It is recommended to do this once a week at the maximum.

Note: Too much lemon juice can actually discolor hair so don’t overdo it.

Beetroot Leaves

Rich in potassium, magnesium, and vitamin B6, beetroot leaves can strengthen hair roots and promote its growth.
Boil a handful of beetroot leaves in water. When the leaves become tender, grind it into a paste. Mix in a required amount of henna.

Whip until you get a smooth paste. Apply the hair growth mask for wide forehead through the length of your hair and scalp. Let it sit for 20 minutes. Then, shampoo and condition.

Fish Oil

Fish oil is one of the best essential oils to help naturally re-grow hair.
Fish oil is naturally rich in Omega-3 fatty acids and Vitamin E, which help nourish the hair, provide hair with proteins, and reduce inflammation caused by skin conditions.
Some foods naturally high in fish oil or Omega-3 fatty acids include the following:
  • Salmon
  • Mackerel
  • Tuna
  • White fish
  • Sardines
  • Egg yolks
  • Walnuts
  • Hemp seeds
  • Canola oil
  • Tofu

Coriander

Coriander happens to be a rich source of vitamin C, iron and proteins, which combat hair loss and promote new hair growth.
Crush a handful of coriander into a smooth paste. Wet your hair and apply the paste.

Massage it in a circular motion for 5 minutes. Let the herbal remedy for balding forehead stay for 30 minutes, then rinse it with a mild shampoo.

Use An Egg Yolk

As strange as it may sound, egg yolks are an excellent way of providing your hair with the protein it needs. Add to that the nourishing properties of olive oil and lemon juice and you have a winner.

Take one egg yolk and add two teaspoons of lemon juice and one teaspoon of olive oil. Mix the ingredients together. Apply the paste to the entire scalp and leave it in for fifteen to thirty minutes. Wash it out with warm water. The pack should be applied at least twice a week for best results.

Black Pepper

Black pepper stimulates blood flow, which in turn promotes new hair follicle growth. Grind a few peppercorns into a smooth paste by adding a few drops of lemon juice.
Apply it to the balding spot. Wait till it dries and then rinse.

Castor oil mixed with coconut oil can become an amazing regent with amazing properties. Massaging these oils on bald areas invigorates the scalp. It increases the blood flow to the affected area and encourages hair growth. Massage the mixture of oils on the bald spots for about five minutes. Leave it in for an hour or so before rinsing.
